What is Tesor?

A crypto wallet with a messenger built in. You hold several coins in one balance and send them to the people you talk to, right in the chat.

Who holds my crypto?

We do. Tesor is a custodial wallet operated by Newads Technology Limited: your balance is our record of what we hold for you, and you can withdraw it to an outside address.

Which company runs Tesor?

Newads Technology Limited, a private company limited by shares incorporated in Hong Kong under company number 78542896. Its registered office is at Flat/Rm A, 12/F, ZJ 300, 300 Lockhart Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

What does it cost?

Sending USTT to another Tesor account is free. A withdrawal to an outside address carries the fee of the blockchain it goes through. Any other fee is shown before you confirm.

How fast is a transfer?

Between Tesor accounts it arrives at once. A withdrawal takes as long as the network does; you can follow it by its hash in History.

How do I add money?

Receive crypto from another wallet to your Tesor address, get it from another Tesor user, or buy it in the app with a card, Apple Pay or a bank transfer.

How does Earn work?

You put an asset into Earn and it goes into a lending pool; borrowers pay interest, and your balance grows on its own. There is no lock-up. The rate changes and is not guaranteed.

Are my chats private?

Messages are encrypted on their way to our servers and stored there so they can reach all your devices. They are not end-to-end encrypted.

Where can I get Tesor?

On iOS today. A browser extension is on the way.

What if I lose my phone?

Install Tesor on your new phone and sign in with your email. Your balance and your chats are kept on your account, not on the phone. Then open Settings, go to Sessions and end the session on the phone you lost.

How do I delete my account?

Ask from the app, or write to legal@tesor.tech from the address on the account. Withdraw what you are holding first.

How do I report abuse or a scam?

Send the @username and what happened to support@tesor.tech. Nobody from Tesor will ever ask for your PIN.

How do I reach support?

Write to support@tesor.tech. Tell us your @username, the app version and roughly when it happened.
